SHIPPING

Orders usually ship in 1 - 2 business days. If I anticipate an order taking longer, I will make sure to let you know. All shipments will be mailed with a tracking number through USPS. For expedited shipping please contact me. I will do my best to make sure you get your order on time. 

If you are in Los Angeles and would prefer to pick up your order from me in Mid-City, enter the code PICKUP at checkout. You won't be charged for shipping and I will contact you to make arrangements. 

RETURNS

All sales are final. I will gladly answer any questions you may have if you are unsure about a potential purchase. Each piece is handmade and as such may have subtle imperfections and no two will be exactly alike. I take care to accurately represent colors in my photographs, but since every computer is configured differently colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Refunds will be issued for items that arrive damaged or broken, but please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and provide pictures of both the broken item(s) and the condition of the packaging when you received your shipment. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the shipping carrier to resolve.
